In the 1:1 Pilates sessions you will have an initial assessment, followed by a safe and graded approach to this unique form of exercise. When you start your Pilates journey, you will find that it gives you a whole new level of body awareness; how your body works and moves. It builds confidence in your every day movement; whether you are a runner, techi, teacher, retiree or a mum. It improves posture, balance, co-ordination, core strength, mobility and conditioning.
